At Royal Enfield Gear, we believe buying genuine motorcycle gear should be simple, honest, and worry-free. As an authorized Royal Enfield dealer, we stand behind every product we sell and are committed to a transparent, customer-first experience.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer no-hassle returns within 30 days of delivery on most new, unused items.
To be eligible for a return:
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Worn or used items
  • Helmets that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Electrical parts or installed components
  • Clearance or final sale items
Easy Return Process
To start a return, simply email us at gear@mjmotorcycles.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you quick and easy return instructions.
Shipping
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
