Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
